But we want things to be actionable that's why I always include specific Tools, Tactics, and Routines to help you get what you want out of life.
This can be the Greatest time in your life if you choose what to focus on, you find a more empowering meaning, and you emulate the people who have already been successful in that area.

Choose each day to live in a beautiful state
What in your life are you not appreciating? A hot shower, enough food, a warm bed or loving spouse? Hedonic adaptation always has us pursuing more more more. The fastest way to happiness is to appreciate what you have.
If you are always focused on what you don't have you'll never have enough.
Appreciation = Choosing what you're going to focus on.
No matter what is going on in your life, you can find something to appreciate. "I thank you for allowing us to walk on this earth one more day to serve our purpose" Four Direction Prayer
Choose each day to live in a beautiful state. Life, maya, illusion, whatever you want to call it, is a giant mirror reflecting back to you your internal state. We are constantly in a creating/perceiving loop. Psychology and the inner world will be a big focus of this cast.
This is my gift to you. It's free and always will be. I may not know you but I want to do something for you. I spent $200,000 on an elite education and I want to use it to help people. If something helps you use it, if not cast it aside.
Controlling your focus
- What does your life mean? What is your purpose and how are you living your truth.
- What we focus on we get more of
- Positive Self-Talk or "Positive inner dialogue" is key. We say things to ourselves we would never say to another person!
- Treat yourself like you're someone important and worth taking care of.
- Understanding your own Psychology is worth the investment. I recommend learning about the Big Five Personality traits.
